Staff and their hospitality. Room and toilet smelt awesome . Food provided at the hotel tasted good. Free covered parking for cars provided. They lovingly felicitated my husband with traditional Assamese shawl. 😊 WiFi was really good. Television,air conditioner and fan worked well too. Property located in a very central location. Good for some, maybe crowded for others. Didn’t matter to us. Thanks to Mr. Manav K and his team.

The place was absolutely upto the mark Close to the main city area Services was great including the staff members so helpful and courteous the breakfast and the food we ordered in made the visit feel homely All in all it was a good experience i would definitely recommend

The breakfast was simple and good and quite filling. The location was right in the city centre and tuck in not very far from the road. Very clean room, no noise, the staffs were very helpful and always with a smile. The bed and duvet was in good condition. Very glad to have a bathroom with a window.

nice sized room with king bed. small but adequate balcony, fantastic Wifi & TV satellite channels on offer. Food here is amazing and lighting fast to receive. excellent hot water system. Room has AC plus 2x ceiling fans. Staff are happy, helpful & courteous. excellent

Other staffs were good, but the staff at the ground floor/ parking floor who does initial registration is unprofessional. He was smirking all the time by seeing us as a couple and making it quite uncomfortable. Though verbally he couldn't moral police but people do understand those smirkings.

Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Food was awesome, breakfast is a must. location is good as it's within the city but still secluded from the traffic noise, centrally located with most of the city landmark reachable easily.Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if an opportunity arises
